Our good friend and fellow aviator, Jim Parker, worked his last couple years building this little beauty to it's current much advanced condition. He left us a couple years ago and now his family would like to part with his final project. I have agreed to list it for them. The aircraft is a single place Mini-Max, to be powered by a Rotax two-stroke engine. All major sub assemblies appear to be completed except for covering. The workmanship is impeccable and there has been no deterioration since Jim put down his tools. The following is an inventory of what we found in his garage.

• (1) Rotax Type 277, S/N 4653738, new in box
• (1) Seat belt and shoulder harness
• (Misc) Poly Fiber products and covering material (not complete)
• (1) Box long wood stringers and small wood pieces
• (1) Box long aluminum tubes and aluminum pieces
• (1) Full set of Mini Max plans
• (1) Fuselage on landing gear, with vertical and horizontal stabs, rudder and elevators attached
• (2) Wings in wing rack/shelf
• (2) Ailerons
• (1) Box fiberglass parts (wheel pants, cowl halves, etc)
• (1) Rib template board
• Misc) Push-pull cables for control surfaces and engine.

In my estimation, the only parts notably missing are a propeller, and liquids for covering. more I can arrange for you to see the plane if you email me or call me at 360 582 1834 between 0800 and 1800 Pacific Time, seven days. It will be your responsibility to pick up the plane from a garage near Port Clinton, Ohio. This should be a fun little ultra-light, and we'd all like to see Jim's final project fly. If you have a winter with little to do, you'll fly it next spring.
