All transactions and classified ads on Propwash.com must comply with this Listing Policy.  You must adhere to these policies in order to search or list your goods.  Both sellers and buyers will be held responsible for all facets of the transaction in which they are involved in.  Both sellers and buyers will be held responsible for adhering to any applicable laws in which pertains to them.  This includes, but is not limited to,  any restrictions in the city, county, state, region, or country in which both the seller and buyer reside in.  Any regulations or restrictions on the items you are selling or buying as well as the method in which you are buying or selling should also be adhered to before the sale or exchange of goods on Propwash.com. Basic Rules for Selling and Buying On Propwash.com:

• You cannot link, display, or advertise goods or services that you are not posting directly on Propwash.com.  No email addresses, URLs, pictures, images, or contact information that does not pertain specifically to the item that you are selling on Propwash.com will be allowed.

• You may list your items in only one category.  It should be the most appropriate category for your goods.

• You may not list any items that are obscene in nature.  You may not use wording that is obscene, offensive, inappropriate, or harmful to in any way.  You also may not use words or pictures that are an invasion of privacy or otherwise unsuitable.

• You may only sell what is in your possession.  You may not sell or advertise something for sale that you do not own or have in your possession at the time the classified ad is placed.

• You may not solicit buyers by way of email or messages without prior consent from the potential buyer.  

• You may not use Propwash.com for a service that is fraudulent or inappropriate.

• You may not interrupt the performance of Propwash.com.  This includes software you may use to obtain information from our web site.  Anything that is used to lessen the performance at our site is strictly off limits and will not be tolerated.

• All charges must be clearly stated.  You may not make use of surcharges or fees that are not clearly revealed to the buyer prior to the end of the sale.  

• Avoiding any fees and payments to Propwash.com is strictly prohibited.

• Do not make any offers on specific transactions unless you intend to carry out the sale.  If you do make an offer or accept an asking price, the transaction must be completed when the final terms have been agreed upon.

• Your classified ad must be written in English, although you may place words in different language if they specifically pertain to the item you are selling.

Photographs and Pictures:

The pictures and photographs that you use to sell your item should accurately represent the item in which you are selling.  You may not use pictures that are not of your exact item when possible.  The use of digital photographs of your own item are recommended and preferred for clarity and clearness.  Your photographs should not mislead buyers or confuse them as to what you are actually selling.  

Contact Information, Links, and URLs:

You may use outside links or URLs that provide further information regarding your item for sale if necessary.  You are prohibited to place any links that are obscene, offensive, or inappropriate in nature.  You may not use outside links or URLs to avoid paying the fees set by Propwash.com.  You are prohibited to use outside links or URLs that reference a competitor or business that is not authorized by Propwash.com.
Finally, you may not use links or URLs within the title of the item for sale.  You are only allowed to use your links or URL within the body of classified ad.

Spamming:

• Propwash.com does not allow spamming ( unsolicited, unwanted, irrelevant, or inappropriate messages) of any nature.  This includes soliciting Propwash.com members through our website.  

• The link to the item in which you are selling is not allowed to be used in a mass marketing attempt to get buyers to the Propwash.com site to buy your goods. 

• You may not use Propwash.com in unsolicited email campaigns.  

• Your account will be deleted and we reserve the right to pursue legal action if any state or federal laws have been broken or if you have clearly demonstrated or participated in spamming.  

• You are prohibited in using keywords to spam your classified ad.  This means using the same word or phrases multiple times in order to lead people to Propwash.com and more importantly to your classified ad listing.  This is called keyword spamming, and under no circumstances will this be allowed. If your classified ad is found to have keywords used multiple times we will remove the ad and delete your account with us immediately.

Portal Classifieds:

You are prohibited against using your classified ad to direct buyers to another website, business, or store unless otherwise specified.  If you are found to be leading buyers to other websites your classified ad will immediately be taken off of our site. Repeated offences will result in your account deletion.

Offensive and Inappropriate Material:

At no time will classifieds that contain offensive or inappropriate material be allowed.  This includes hatred, violence, intolerance, racism, pornographic, or obscene material that is promoted through your classified ad.  Propwash.com will remove these classified ads immediately if we find any inappropriate material that we do not deem permissible on our website. The refunding of fees paid due to ad termination will be at the sole discretion of Propwash.com. You will be notified if your classified ad is re-categorized or removed for any reason.   

Prohibited Language:

The use of words that contain vulgar, racist, overtly sexual, obscene, or hateful overtones or language are strictly prohibited on Propwash.com.  We have the right to remove these words from your classified ads listing, or remove the entire classified ad at any time if we find language that is inappropriate.

Items That Are Prohibited By Propwash.com:

It is the responsibility of both buyers and the sellers to ensure the items being sold are appropriate for sale at any time.  Make sure you are aware of your city, county, or state law before purchasing anything from a seller. Items that are NOT allowed on Propwash.com include, but are not limited to:

• Hazardous goods
• Illegal or counterfeit goods
• Non-transferable contracts
• Any item that has been recalled 
• Stolen items or goods
  

We reserve the right to remove or refuse any item that we believe falls under this category, but we are under no obligation to.  Therefore, ensure the item you are selling or buying is legal and able to be sold under all applicable laws.  If your sale has taken place and we find that you have bought or sold a prohibited item, we are under no obligation to provide a refund.  

Non-Binding Negotiations:

The agreement to buy or sell an item is not a legally binding offer between the two parties.  Propwash.com permits the classifieds as a way of attracting potential buyers or sellers and giving members an opportunity to transact business among everyone at Propwash.com.  We do not provide legal contracts, nor do we agree that the ending of a classified ad is the agreement to one.  When terms have been agreed upon, the seller should contact the buyer to discuss entering into a contract for the final and agreed upon sale of the item.   We will not be part of the legal contract or sale in any way.  

Our Rights:

We have the right to terminate, modify, suspend, or delete any classified ads or memberships at our sole discretion and without notice.  If we believe that you have not adhered to the classified ad guidelines, or membership rules at Propwash.com it is our right to take action immediately.  

You are required to be as upfront and as honest as you possibly can with the items that you are buying or selling.  Ensure your ad description and/or photos are not confusing to the buyers, or to the sellers.  Be forthright with your offer and above all be descriptive.  Communication is the best way to avoid any problems in the future.
