The Core Pillars of Every PROP WASH® Mission
We don’t just wash buildings and driveways; we execute a strict operational protocol designed to protect your capital investments and home bases. Every franchise owner and field technician across the country aligns under a non-negotiable code of execution:
Founded to Fill a Gap in Property Management
PROP WASH® was founded by veterans who recognized a critical vulnerability in the exterior maintenance industry. As part of the Veteran Service Brands ecosystem, our leadership team already operated successful national-footprint brands spanning professional painting, industrial epoxy coatings, parking lot maintenance, and comprehensive facility management.
Across thousands of job sites, property managers and corporate clients kept reporting the same recurring headache: a severe lack of reliability, professionalism, and structural discipline among standard pressure washing vendors.
We saw non-uniformed contractors showing up late, utilizing subpar equipment, and operating without standard safety protocols or transparent business practices. Recognizing that exterior surface restoration is the front line of asset preservation, we built a company to fill that tactical gap. PROP WASH® was engineered from day one to bring military-grade systems, heavy-duty industrial equipment, and elite operational discipline to the pressure washing industry.
